
I am a registered personal trainer and fitness instructor with Fitness Australia. My qualifications include a Certificate III and Certificate IV through the McGaw Institute of Sports Science.
I have been involved in sport and fitness from an early age, having played competitive soccer in the UK and Australia for many years.
As an active member of Striders running club, I regularly compete in triathlons, marathons and many other charitable fun runs. One of my favourite fun runs is the annual City to Surf. My ongoing training over the years has allowed me to complete this race 15 times, each year achieving a faster time, allowing a placing in the top 100.
I was motivated to become a personal trainer so I can inspire and educate others on how to achieve health and fitness goals in a non-threatening and enjoyable environment. I thrive on the energy and freedom of being fit and am enthusiastic about engaging my clients in a journey where exercise becomes a lifestyle choice not a chore.
